Interview
The interview process entailed the following steps:
1. Interview with the head of talent acquisition
3. Interview with the VP of Product (collaborator/role-manager)
4. Presentation ("challenge") to two team members, the COO and a marketing specialist
5. Interview two other senior team members, the CRO and CTO
Lovely team! Interview questions were thoughtful and challenging.
Throughout the process, Kelsey, the Head of Business & People Operations, was incredibly engaged and responsive. She’s an HR superstar.
