I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flock Freight in June 2022
Interview
Overall a very straightforward interview process. My recruiter, Natalya, reached out to me since my resume was in SignalFire's database. I had a phone tech screen, an industry-typical 5-hr final interview loop, one final chat with the hiring manager, and then received an offer within 4 business days of the final loop. Natalya kept great communication the entire time and although I spent quite a while debating between my offers, I never felt excessive pressure from Flock to accept - I think by the time I accepted the offer, 3 full weeks had passed.

Interview
Recruiter call followed by a testdome coding interview. SQL, Java and graph related hard leet code problem. Be prepared and should be able to solve hard algorithms question. Felt like I interviewed for Google. I wondered that if a candidate can solve leetcode hard graph question they would go join Google instead of this small private company.

Interview
Contacted by recruiter. After a week I was sent and took a <2 hour online test on a platform that was not explained, and never spoke to anyone from AuptiX. The test platform was provided a primitive and confusing IDE environment. I do not think it is a good mechanism for first screen.
