I met with the store manager at the store. The stores have an open format so it was a relaxed environment during business hours. We spent about an hour talking about my experiences and answering interview questions.

Interview
The interview was short I interviewed with he first and then spiked with the managers. It was a great experience with a lot of behavioral type questions and situational questions. Great experience and very low pressure. The interviewers were very friendly and it seems like a great company to work for.
