Interview
You talk to people and its a bundle and then you wait and wait until you want to pull your hair out. Then you pee in a cup, they check your background then they call your old employees and then you wait some more.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How cheap can we get you, what do you like to do on your day off, do you know anything about our company? if you know someone in Flora we will hire you.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flora Health USA (Saskatoon, SK) in June 2014
Interview
Interviewed first by a recruiter, then by National Sales Manager. The recruiter screened me for suitability, and initial interview questions. They wanted to know what my current position entailed, and if I was experienced in travel, and sales b2b. A few of the questions they asked were salary expectation, and compensation. Once I was deemed suitable, The National Sales Manager interviewed me a few times in phone conversations, with more specific questions about my duties in the various positions I had held, how I responded to different situations, and what kind of experience I had in my current marketplace. They were open about what the job entailed (for the position I had applied for), and what duties I would fulfill if I took the position.
