I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FloraQueen (Barcelona) in Apr 2025
Interview
Interview was extremely disorganized and long.
Reaching a total of 5 different steps.
Huge gaps of time in the middle and schedule changes, under the reason they were busy.
At some point the CEO took ownership of the interviews, which gave me a bad feeling about how things worked in the company with things i read in glassdoor about his attitude.
The Interview was for a junior job, but the requirements and desired knowledge/experience were the ones of a senior job. With the requirement of taking care of the whole Retention analysis in a few days before a high season
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
they asked about experiences in the past, my desire if working in a flower company, english/spanish interview, they made me solve some math problems and finally a fictional case to sort out.
Was an easy process. RRHH call, easty test and 2 hour meeting with the CEO. He knows how to sell the position with nice words but once inside is not how was described.

Question 1
Things about retention, how to calculate rates, how I see the industry in five years and where I would start working on.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FloraQueen in June 2025
Interview
I had a pleasant recruitment process, from a first call with the CEO, a second one with a technical representative followed by an on site discussion that I've enjoyed a lot.
