I applied online and it was pretty easy. They set up an interview pretty quickly. It was in person and they offered to let me tour the aquarium after. They called me back with a decision about a week later.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Florida Aquarium (New York, NY)
Interview
After a few emails with the supervisor, we set up an interview. The interview itself went fine. Both of the people I met were extremely nice and easy going. A day after the interview, I sent a thank you email (I was allowed to tour the aquarium afterwards). No response. I emailed about a week later to see if there was any new news. No answer.
Like I said, the people who interviewed me were very inviting but I find it unprofessional to not even send an email informing an applicant they have chosen not to pursue them (especially after an in-person interview)
