Intensive interview process with multiple staff. Very throrough and I felt as though I got a great insight into the job prior to my offer. The job and the mission of the organization were explained and the expectations were clearly defined.

You are interviewed and then required to get a drug test done. You are looked at to see if you are a fit for the company and if we're a fit for you. then you're given an offer and you either accept or reject it. You are taken to lunch and you meet the other Child Care Workers and have the opportunity to ask them questions and what they've experienced. You know what to expect when you begin work here!
