Easy to schedule these steps. Friendly, and approachable clinical manager. No tricky questions during interview, which makes me think that hiring the right person to fit with the team is important vs. interview tactics.

Face-to-face interview - they appeared to be considerate and professional. Interview was very comfortable and interviewers were easy to get along with. I would say that they seemed to truly care about their patients and employees.
