The interviewers want prospective employees to believe that they are the most important people in the world and life would cease to exist if they did not run the department. It's a basic interview that involves simple questions, after all at the extremely low salary they can not expect too many people to apply.

Simple run of the mill questions. Situatioal questions, Drug test, Physical fitness test, background check, physical well being check, psych evaluation, all the normal stuff. Asked about education, experience, etc.
