The interview process was nice because they had really nice communication and were very quick with responses. The process moved a bit quick but compared to a lot of other firms you can't even get a hold of them which was great.

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
