I applied online. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2021
Interview
Words I'd use to describe management: Greasy, slick, silver-tongued. Interview was very unprofessional, constant cursing. Used the PowerPoint equivalent of a three card Monte to hide the fact that they're screwing you at every turn.
This company isn't a financial advising/wealth management firm, it's sales disguised behind a thin veneer of "advising". You won't actually have any AUM, you're just selling brokerage services and financial products to your customer book while the company gives you a tiny commission.

Interview
Sales Recruitment misrepresented as a job interview. Best case scenario too good to be true. Worst case scenario false advertisement. Process after 2nd interview ends up being a social expirament requiring the passing if several tests. Some of them social and some of them standardized. All of this takes several weeks at a minimum. No position in sight. Perhaps a franchise opportunity might be a more honest title
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Cocoa Beach, FL)
Interview
Easy and Very Communicative throughout the process. Overall they reached out alot to see if i had an questions and were very quick to respond. They seem like they really care about you there.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
