Very friendly and open about the position. They also use a presentation before your initial interview in order to fully preview the company to you. The people are very relatable and focus more on the aspects of your character rather than your prior education/experience because of their goal to teach/grow your skills.

Straight forward 1 with manager, 1 with vice president, ask questions about behavioral, as well as sales and client facing role experiences. Straight forward, fast interviewing. You should know within 2 weeks whether you get the job

Easy process, standard interview, be personable to the interviewer to show who you are and why you are interested in Financial Advising specifically at the firm and in the market you are apply to
It was a 2 round interview process. Not too hard, questions were pretty industry standard. After 2nd round is when you move to final round, after that final interview you are notified if you move on or not.
