I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Florida's Natural in Apr 2022
Interview
-Initial phone interview with the position's supervisor. Asked quite a few questions about experience, why you were leaving etc. Then explained that what the position would entail and if that would be an issue. About a 30 minute conversation.
Received a call back, then had an in person interview with the position supervisor and another manager ( I missed his title). Asked a few situational based questions on how to instruct/explain safety rules to those that do not follow . Some follow up questions from the first phone interview. After this interview, they found time with HR and I did an HR character background immediately after.
Then a scheduled interview with the company/plant VP, where benefits and salary were negotiated. Followed by an informal/verbal offer, which I accepted.
Formal offer from HR followed, which I also accepted.
The company was fantastic to interact with, always provided time tables for when they would return calls/provide updates, and they always were ahead of their time frame. Absolute pleasure throughout this process.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Florida's Natural in July 2018

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Florida's Natural (Lake Wales, FL) in Sept 2013
Interview
This company makes you apply in person. You can attach your resume, or email your resume, but you still must go in person and basically rewrite your resume onto their application. About ten days later, I got a call and had 2 interviews set up, 30 minutes apart. The first was with the HR manager, the 2nd with the dept supervisor where the position was.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The HR director, Joe Swanson, called me into his office and asked me these questions, and wrote while I responded.
Why are you the best candidate for this job?
What experience do you have that relates to this job?
What is your best quality?
What is your biggest weakness?
What did you dislike about your last job that you hope is different here?
What type of person do you dislike working with?
What has been your biggest achievement at work?
Do you have any near-future goals?
There were others, but the questions were all similar. After this first interview, the lab supervisor came and got me, and we went to the lab. He showed me around, then we sat and talked for about 30 minutes. He asked about my experience in chemistry, and we spent the rest of the time talking about the day to day operations there. I asked when the final decision would be made, and he said 3 or 4 weeks. I never heard back, even though I was more than qualified. It wasn't an ideal job, so no big deal.
