I applied online. I interviewed at Flow Traders in Nov 2021
Interview
First round is Mental math. It was basic math. To pass it I guess one need more than 70 out of 120.
Second is HR interview
Third round is technical round with traders
Didn't make through it. But, after that there was onsite interview .

What make a good trader?
How would you place a trade given certain situation.
Good, mostly brain teasers, and about my CV. For example, they asked a lot about my experience before. Tech interview I would suggest prepare for maths questions, I got asked about poisson probability. Mostly math not much finance.
