I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FlowFound (Atlanta, GA) in June 2019
Interview
Uncomfortable, it was not like a conversation, it was more like question-and-answer based. Question followed by question. I believe they don't have an HR department so the CEO conducts all the interviews. He just has a list of questions that he has for you & goes down the list. & this goes on for 30+ minutes. It's impersonal. And the office looks pretty terrible. The "break area" is a corner with napkins and a microwave and the desks had cables sticking out everywhere.

Question 1
(there were too many to remember but there was one that stuck out to me) How do you deal with situations where you are assigned with little to no information?
Sorry you didn't have a positive experience. By asking everyone the same questions it ensures it's equally fair for everyone, and any key stakeholders who may not be present can make their best unbiased decisions.
We do have two separate offices with break areas and both have fully stocked fridges, Keurig coffee, snacks and sponsored social events. And, as with most open floorplans the wires are run through tables vs individual cubicles.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FlowFound (Atlanta, GA) in July 2015
Interview
Interview was broken into four components: career path/goals, motivation and professional accomplishments, emotional intelligence / personality, and technical skills test. The technical skills test was exhaustive across all channels of digital marketing and had limited feedback in regards to whether answers were correct.
