The interview was professional and straight to the point. The only thing I would add is the lack of communication between the one who chooses applicants, and the interviewer themselves.

Test the barista's knowledge, latte art, and how you manage workflow in the bar. Then try running on the floor with clear guidelines from a supervisor. After that, you will be interviewed by supervisor about yourself, how your schedule, your visa type, salary that you expected, and any questions regard to trial.
