Flower City Printing interview questions

I was way over qualified for the job, and the person interviewing me was clueless, so interview was basically "when can you start?" We haggled over pay and they agreed because they knew that I already understood the entire business cycle and could help them in more ways that just finished goods. Since being hired, I have been promoted 2 times and received 2 raises.

Filled out form. Not online as of 2008. Met with manager of warehouse. Basic questions to see if I'm a hard worker. It's a warehouse pick and pack operation, not much to describe.
