I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flowhub (Austin, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Was ghosted by chief of staff and vp of sales after two interviews after I was reached out to directly. What a disappointment. I have no idea if they found a candidate we’re not.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Flowhub
Interview
I had a wonderful recruiting experience. It started as expected by meeting with the recruiter who was very personable and asked some great questions. I moved to the next round with the hiring manager but I initially interviewed for another position. The interview was, again, very personable but the role wasn’t a fit. The recruiter reached back out to let me know they were hiring for another role and I let him know that I was interested. I had another hiring manager interview and then a panel interview. Throughout the process I felt like this company was a great fit. If you’re interviewing with Flowhub, just be your authentic self. Even though it was a long process, it was definitely worth it and I felt supported every step of the way.

Question 1
There were many questions but the interview felt more conversational than just a question for question interview. Just be able to explain how your skills support the role you’re applying to.
Terrible recruitment process. It started out normal as a reach out asking for me to schedule a time to speak with the recruiter through Calendly. Once I scheduled my interview, I then received several automated follow ups from Calendly reminding both me and the recruiter (they were auto CC’d on the emails) of my interview time. I waited for 10 minutes at the exact time of my interview to be let into the google meet, only for them to completely not show up. As a professional I get things happen, so I sent a follow up email asking them to reach back out to me and reschedule. I did not receive a follow up until a full 24 hours later, and not with an apology, with a “Sorry WE missed each other”. The whole process was unprofessional, if you have to be OOO unexpectedly as a recruiter it’s on the company to have a system in place to notify the candidate in a timely matter by a covering recruiter. This showed me they do not care about their candidates and by proxy their employees, so I dropped out of the process. And that’s best case scenario, they could just have terrible hiring process and instead of letting candidates know they’ve gone with another person, they’re just ghosting them completely.
