Fluency Software Engineer interview questions

I was let down by Fluency. I spent time preparing for the different rounds of interviews and was very interested in the company from a technological and cultural standpoint. During my last interview round, which I thought went very well, I was enthusiastically told by the manager and other interviewer that Fluency would be in touch quickly within a few days. A few days passed and I followed up and was ghosted. It’s fine to get rejected but I felt disrespected and didn’t receive any feedback or response.
