I Had two interviews, one phone screening and one teams meeting. Overall was a constructive and seamless process that took no longer than an hour in total over two different calls/meetings.

Describe a time you overcame a problem between you and a co-worker.
There was the initial face call screening, after that they have you go in and meet the heads of each department, finally there is one last meeting to meet your specific team.

Interview
Contacted by a recruiter, had a phone interview followed by on site in person interview.
On site interview was comprised of three parts. The first, with the hiring manager. The second, with a senior member of the team. The third, with the assistant manager.
Each interviewer dd a short skill / resume review. Mostly they wanted to confirm skills in CAD.
