I applied for this position twice. First time I went through and interviewed with a hiring manager and did a presentation for them. Which I thought was a silly exercise without being delivered expectations or data to work with. I used my own derived data. I didn't get an offer. The second time I went through the process i find that they hired an inexperienced analyst instead of a sr analyst or manager in the last round. I am over qualified for this position according to the job description skills and qualified as a manager. Its obvious to me that they want someone cheap and meek.
