Folger Shakespeare Library interview questions

Brief first round of interview with three questions asked about why you want the job and previous experience that you've had at other jobs. Interviewers were very friendly and explained the job position thoroughly.

Got an e-mail inviting me to a phone interview from HR with a job description attached. The interview was with the person I would be working underneath, not HR, and didn't seem related to the job description at all. Didn't ask very many questions and mostly just explained what he thought the position should be.
