Follain interview questions

I had three phone interviews (1 with the recruiter, 1 with another Store Director, and 1 with the CEO), and two in-person interviews (1 with the President, and another 1 with CEO). Since they were based in Boston, they paid for my transportation to their headquarters for the in person meet.

Swift and straightforward interview process. It was a two interview process: the first was on the phone and the second was on site. For both interviews I felt like they were transparent and had open communication on the selection process.
