I had to follow up after submitting my application to get an interview. The interview itself was professional. They asked about my past experiences and my current commitments. Then they gave me a tour of my workstation and explained my responsibilities.

What experiences to you have in the industry?
Smooth and effective. Simple questions that were easy to answer without difficulty. The interviewer was nice and helped to lead the interview with various questions relating to the deli department.

Laid back. Relaxed..... professional... Friendly....not a whole interview panel ..., the human resources manager and assistant answered any of the questions I had.....I did not have to wait long in the reception area.
