basic questions about guest service, skills, and experience. I applied online, then about 2 days later received a call to come in for an interview. scheduling was very accommodating, and made time to see me that week, then started officially after that weekend so I could begin when less busy. at end of the interview the manager said that he would either call back with an offer or ask me to come in for a second interview.
