Initial Telephone Interview followed by face to face interview. Thereafter another telephone catch up and then offered position couple of days later. It was a smooth process and was made very comfortable and at ease during interview. Turned out to be more of a friendly amicable chat and steered towards not only previous relevant experience but more about me and where I see myself in the near future and how the role would fit my current lifestyle. This was a very refreshing interview and surprisingly enjoyable.
