I applied online. I interviewed at Foot Locker (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
There was 2 stages to the interview process starting with a group interview with around 7 other people in their head-office where they put you in teams and see how you work well with others and ask you questions in scenarios that could occur when working for footlocker e.g how would you deal with angry customer etc. Downside to this is there is very little time to speak with the amount of overwhelming personalities that comes to the interview.
And when you do speak sometimes others cut you off.
If you make it to the second stage of the interview you will be called and a interview will be arranged for you to have a one on on the following week. This interview was more relaxed but the interviewer kept fumbling his words and asking the same question twice and wasn't really paying attention as people kept walking into the office and speaking to him.
You apply online. Then they call you on the phone ask a few questions then set up a in person interview. Question are easy and are different from each location.

I had one interview in one location. Then I was called by the assistant manager from another location. It was one phone interview and one in-person interview at their other location. Not too long later I was hired.
