I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Foot Locker (Calgary, AB) in Dec 2009
Interview
Interview was quick and not very in depth. The company was outlined as far as goals and expectations. Then some basic questions of my management style. Afterwards, I had an interview with the Regional Manager who asked me some similar questions. I was offered the job shortly thereafter. It wasn't a long interview in either case, but I felt that both DM and RM had an idea of who I was and what I could do.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Foot Locker (New York, NY)
Interview
I got a got from a Footlocker recruiter. Then met with a manager downtown Chicago. Received a very flattering email about the second interview. Then met with a third manager primarily concerning which location I would be working at. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email to the recruiter and called the manager from the third interview and never heard anything back from anyone.
