I actually arrived at my interview late because of the weather but I called ahead and let them know. It was a group interview they asked basic questions to get to know you .Be sure to show your personality!!!!!!!! laugh at their jokes that’s what their looking for someone with a lively personality that will talk to customers

Interview
Interviewer was nice, was pitching the role to me and made me feel comfortable. Asked basic questions and assured me that I would do well in the position. Said I would get a decision in two weeks time
It was a group interview of about 15 people land lasted about an hour. it was fairly easy but make sure to put yourself out there as ur with 10-15 others.
Straight forward one round interview. Was with a group and asked questions on how to sell a shoe. Given scenarios on how to deal with different customer situations, Difficult customers in particular.
