group interview and was awful the staff already had favourites going into the interview and knew who they wanted to hire before they got around to others in the circle

Interview
The interview process was a short 15 to 30 minutes. The manager asked pretty basic interview questions that was nothing incredibly difficult, like "tell me about yourself?", "why choose footlocker?". Overall, thought it wasn't a bad gig but chose to decline.
The interview process was just like an informal chat. However there were a lot of of applicants so the recruiter seemed to be quite harsh to me and said I had to prove myself
