Because Foothills Consulting Group is a staffing agency, they are obviously very experienced with the hiring and interview process.
I was referred to Foothills by a friend of mine, making my interview a little bit easier. I had 3 interviews; 1st interview was with my direct Manager, and the 2nd and 3rd interview was with the 2 VP's of the company (individually).
Each interviewer asked me questions about my technical skills and my professional experience. I was also tested on these skills on an online computer quiz I had to take on one of the company's computers.
After the interviews and testing, Foothills requires you to fill-out the traditional onboarding paperwork (I9, W2, etc).
I began my employment with Foothills 2 days after submitting my onboarding documents.
