Interview
I was offered the job, but I declined it. The interview process required me to interview with all of the C-Suite except the CEO, this alone should speak to their lack of efficiency in their recruitment process and the CHROs lack of understanding of the cost to the business when you ask C-Suite members to interview every candidate you want to hire at the IC level. I think the company has a mission that is interesting and will grow, but it is clear they have hired an incompetent CHRO that has zero tech industry experience, which will be a blocker as they being to want to scale and hire top engineers. No one will come to a company that can't even manage the most basic thing as a recruiting cycle. This is evident as they have interviewed well over 300 engineers and extended offers to 0 candidates. The best thing they can do for themselves is to fire that CHRO and get a new CHRO that actually understands the tech sector and can help them to scale.

Went through 5 interviews over the course of a month then company ghosted with no feedback or updates on the 5th interview. Gave multiple puzzles along the way in the form of programming questions. All interviewers were cordial.
