      8 interviews in total with managers, a few other recruiters , director, and CEO. Lots of phone calls and in person interviews. Everyone had different questions, some of it more conversational.

      I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ForceBrands

      Interview

      At first I had a very quick phone interview to introduce myself and get to know the company. I then had a video interview which the hiring manager canceled and postponed five minutes before. It then got rescheduled and I interview with someone other than the hiring manager (she was out sick). The interviewer was reading off the interview questions from a paper, & mind you, the questions were irrelevant. After the interview, I asked what next steps would be and I was told to email the original hiring manager (Mairin). After three follow up emails she finally got back to me a MONTH later to let me know they were putting the position on hold. For a recruiting company, I was extremely disappointed in how my interview process was handled, you think they would be professionals at this. She was not out sick, just simply avoiding my emails. If they didn't want to hire me, just say so at that point. Glad I did not get hired.
