The interview was with the Sr. Talent Manager Jennifer who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and helping me as a candidate prepare for what was expected of me was off the charts. The next interview was with the VP of sales which was a half an hour screening to see if I would move forward. Because of the rapport and my preparation I moved to 2 15 minute presentations in front of a 3 person panel on a 30/60/90 as well as a presentation on something I am an expert in which led to a 30 min Q&A session with feedback.
