Forethought Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

The interview started with a phone call followed by a panel interview and ghosting. This is the worst company I have ever interviewed for. I applied to this job seeing all the good reviews about culture but now I'm doubtful about the review authenticity. I had very good conversation with people and after which not even a single person I emailed showed the proper decency to reply me back saying I didn't make it. Its basic decency you show to a candidate who invested their time and effort in the process, it says a lot about their so-called " culture". Also they wont send you rejection email first but a survey so that they can make their interview process better. My suggestion is try to be a human rather than machines, understand the pressure of your candidates and be nice!
