I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Formosi (Torrance, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
2 part interview. First, met with Stephen, the founder, to chat about the company background and my interests and work history. Second “interview” consisted of driving a sales rep all around LA to shadow them on a day on the job. Took about a half day watching her make sales then met up with a different person to be interviewed. Which is where I received full details about the job. Ultimately, I ended up applying for a “Project Assistant” job which turned out to be another sales rep job and had nothing to do with assisting in projects.

Interview
I found the Formosi listing on a job board and applied. The next day I received a phone call regarding my application which turned into a very upbeat and dynamic conversation regarding the position, the company and my background. I went for an in-person interview with the CEO the following business day which was an extension of our phone conversation. We went into more details and had a wonderful rapport. Second part of my interview included seeing hands on what the company does and meeting more of the enthusiastic team. The whole experience, start to finish was fun, exciting, and inspirational while still being very professional, educational, and succinct.
One phone interview and an in person interview. Owner was very kind and interested in my background. It sounded like a great position but found out about the sales side of it at the in person interview and was no longer interested.
