Interview
The process was quick and easy. Started with a phone screen and then I was told it would be 3 interviews. One panel, one with the client, and one with the CPO. Communication was quick and I was scheduled for the next interview and then I was told the interviewer was sick and they canceled. Then a day later I was told someone was hired for the role. This all happened in less than 2-3 days.

Interview
Lies upon lies upon lies. They fooled me during the interview process but I realized real quick once working here that everything they sold me on was a bunch of lies.

Question 1
During the time I didn't know this was illegal to ask, but the owner literally asked me every illegal question in the book... where did I live, did I have a family (wife, kids, etc.), how old was I, what do my parents do for work, etc.

Interview
I got the interview from a referral. I met with one of the recruiters and he asked me basic interview questions. Why do I want to go into recruiting?, Would I be able to hand the rejection?, etc. After the interview, he gave me an assignment ( Summing up the day to day life of a recruiter). I sent it to him and got no response. I waited a few weeks to follow up, as I was told that second round interviews would be in a few weeks time. I called a few times and wrote another email and got no response. As my job search wasn't going well, I decided to email him again and explain the situation. He finally responded but addressed me by the wrong name ( How hard is it to get that one wrong). He asked who my recruiter was. I told him that he had interviewed me. NO RESPONSE.
