Interview
I initially submitted an application online followed by a video interview a week later. This was followed by a phone call with the Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss the role in greater detail. I was invited to an assessment day the following week that consisted of some group exercises with other candidates, a one-to-one interview and a presentation. I was also given plenty of opportunities to meet the rest of the team.
The final stage was a thorough panel interview with the leadership team. The interview is extremely in-depth and they are really keen to know more about who you are, how you work and how your career journey has led you to ForrestBrown. This interview also gave me an opportunity to ask lots of questions about the company and to gain a better understanding of their unique work culture. Everyone I met during the recruitment process was very welcoming and approachable, particularly Sarah the recruitment manager. The interviews are very rigorous as cultural and personality fit is an important part of the role, but overall I found the entire process was enjoyable.
