Interviewing process was old-fashioned. Several clients all in one large email thread. The client was very rude and didn’t know how to formulate the questions then blamed it on me. I had 3 technical interviews (all of them went well), but the client manager wasn’t satisfied so they didn’t get to negotiate. Absolutely a shame.

Interview
HR ( recruiter interview) over the phone which had technical questions also.
Technical internal interview with SME. ( another QA lead)
Final HR interview in Person and a manager.
Interview with the clients SME.
in general it was one of the toughest interviews i had in 7 years, but in that way they also filter people good. not an average QA will be able to pass it.
