Interview
The interview process took approximately six weeks to complete. It started off well, with each stage progressing relatively quickly. The interviews themselves were a good mix of technical and situational questions, with a strong focus on customer experience.
Unfortunately, the experience following the final interview stage was disappointing. Communication effectively stopped, with no proactive updates or clear timeline provided regarding the hiring decision. I found myself having to repeatedly follow up for updates, and even then, responses were either delayed or not received. It ultimately took around two weeks after my direct follow-up before any meaningful update was provided.
While the interview stages themselves were well structured, the lack of communication and transparency after the final interview significantly impacted the overall candidate experience.
