Very easy and fast - staff was very sweet and you can tell that the company works closely together and has a good work culture. The interview process was standard like other jobs.

Tell us the most challenging part about paid media?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Forthea in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process was roughly 11 weeks, with multiple reschedules.
- Screening with HR
-Meet the team
-Assessment and test
-Interview with VP of Ops
-Interview with CEO
The screening and team interviews were focused on the job itself. The interview with the higher up staff members were more get-to-know you, but the one with the CEO was strange. It focused on high school for whatever reason.
As for the assessment and test? The assessment is the usual personality test stuff - nothing groundbreaking there. The test was more along the lines of regurgitating Google's song and dance and then writing ad copy for a site with very little written content to work with.
HR screening (FURTHEST I GOT)
then 3 more interviews after that with members of the team. Unknown who exactly at the HR screening process.
I ended pulling out of the process because I believe that anything more than 2 interviews is a complete waste of time and a respect of candidates time.
