Went to an openhouse and talked to the hiring manager, got a call the next day for a skill test. It was a 90 minute long written test on hardware concepts such as EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and VHDL. Got another call about a week later for a 2:1 interview with a senior engineer and a sr. manager. The interview was scheduled for about an hour. Questions were asked based on my resume and past projects. The interviewers were very nice and professional.
