This was in Frankfurt, Germany area. Employee or candidate discrimination off the hook, I have never seen anything like that in my life. So the phone Interview was from UK and that I passed ok and was scheduled for phone Interview with the hiring manager. That was ok and he invited me for face to face and he offered me a technical test of 50 questions in 30 minutes about the OSI layers I did not do all of them right but at least did half of them right. So that was the elimination test if you are NOT German candidate, they really dont like to hire non German techs in their team whatsoever and that is across Germany
