VERY misleading about the fact that it is door-to-door sales, yet they don't mind wasting your time throughout the whole ordeal only mentioning the door-to-door aspect once you have dedicated your time and energy into starting a COMPLETELY different position. Before going in, I specifically asked if it was door-to-door and they replied that it wasn't sales.
100% commission. You could, and will, work 60 hour weeks and may not even make $5; yet they have a $54k salary posted on the job listing on Indeed.com -- You can literally make less than minimum wage on any given week. The commission is so difficult to get because there are over 50 other gullible, misinformed employees like you and I fighting for the same dollar. Naturally, if you are not accustomed to sales, and not a shark amongst men, you will not take home anything worthwhile. If, and when you do finally get paid, expect the manager to misplace the money or his files causing you to ultimately wait weeks for your check on any given pay cycle. Oh, and did I mention you get no benefits whatsoever??
** It does not matter what job you applied for or what your degree is in or what you want to do, if you applied for "Marketing Assistant" such as I, you are not going to be the Marketing Assistant. If you applied for a custodian position, you will not be the custodian. Regardless of what you applied for, you are going to be hired as a Solicitor. You will literally be knocking on peoples doors to sell Verizon internet packages to people. They do not tell you this, until they hire you. **
Just think about it for a second. I’m sure you’ve read all these other reviews, the only people who actually like this job are the ones who just accepted the lesser job title and pay and chose to suffer through it. If a company has to go through three rounds of blatant lying in interviews JUST to get you to accept the job, what does that say about them? A. they are beyond desperate for employees, likely because so many quit in the first few months or don't return for a second interview at all (probably deciding not to after reading these reviews). And, B. That you do not need ANY sort of real qualification for this job; yet you're expected to dance like a monkey in a suit for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.
PLEASE. Save yourself the gas, time and energy you will inevitably lose by the end of your hiring process.
