Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience with Fortis Games. This was a miss on our part, and we apologize for it. The negative feedback is warranted, and we're implementing some changes.
Shortly after publicly announcing, we received thousands of applications – far more than we anticipated or were prepared for. This resulted in several misses in our recruiting pipeline, many of which you experienced. The expectations around our prompts were sometimes miscommunicated (the 48 hours is not a requirement, and you should have been told there is no time requirement). There were delays well over what we consider appropriate (we try to respond within a week rather than your 25 days). Some people's efforts did not receive proper feedback from us (we are committing to responding to everyone, personally, that gives us the courtesy of submitting prompts).
We'll adjust our email so that it's more transparent on how to get in contact with the hiring manager for future candidates. For feedback on why we've chosen not to proceed, please reach out to the recruiter who coordinated the meetings with you & they'll connect you with the hiring manager for that 15 min call.
