Introductory phone call with someone from the company. Zoom discussion with one of the IT consultants. Next, I was flown out along with 8-10 other potential candidates to one of their offices. Everyone was very nice and it was such a cool/welcoming atmosphere. Many interviews/discussions with various people throughout the day

Phone call with someone from the company, zoom discussion with one of the IT consultants, visit to one of their locations which included a day of seeing what they do and having smaller conversations with 10+ people.

Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. It consisted of a phone call, then followed by a virtual interview. The company is essentially made up of formal collegiate athletes. They value coachability and a good work ethic.
