I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
It is a three step process with the first being an informal phone interview. The second step is a face-to-face which was very relaxed. The third step is a full day interview at one of their offices.

Question 1
The face-to-face was an open-ended conversation. They didn't ask any tough questions. It was more for them to see if you are the right fit for the company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Dallas, TX) in May 2023
Interview
I spoke over the phone a few times with a current employee recruiting me. I had to pay for a flight for an In-person interview day with other candidates but was reimbursed. Not much to it the 1 day besides conversing with the employees and lunch and happy hour.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Washington, DC) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very conversational and welcoming. I felt that most of my questions were answered to the best of their abilities. I was flown out for a final interview and well taken care of, I enjoyed my experience and getting to meet some of the team.
I was reached out by one of the employees looking for former student athletes to possibly look into working for them. Interview was quick and friendly, highly recommend the process even if you are only slightly interested.
