Interview
Extremely long and extensive interview process. First, they put you through a phone interview, just to get to know you. Next they will do a skype interview that lasts about 30-45 minutes. THEN if they like you enough, they will have you do an in person interview at one of their offices. The flew me out to Dallas, Texas and paid for my flight and hotel, which was great! The day of the interview finally came, we started at 7:30 am and I didn't return until 10:30 pm that night.

Just asked basic questions about yourself and how you would handle certain situations. It was the the same thing over and over and over. You met with 10 different people who just talked AT you. It was one of the longest days of my life.

Interview
Had some really great first and second interview rounds, and then they flew me out to see the office. was there all day and thought it went well and then they basically ghosted me. acted as if they were super interested and then i had to reach out multiple times and they wouldn't even tell me if they were moving forward with me or not. got completely ghosted and scammed.
On site interview speaking with people who worked in various positions at the company. A lot of small talking and asking questions. Surprised at how little formal interviewing there was but I definitely learned a lot.

What kinds of jobs have you applied or interviewed for?
An in person all day process to learn more about the company. You will speak to several people in many roles in the office as well as have the opportunity to shadow one of the employees towards the end of the interview.
