I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Washington, DC)
Interview
Bizarre. I interviewed with a recruiter on my college campus and then got invited to an in-person interview in Washington D.C. It lasted from 8am-4pm and consisted of hour-long interviews with various members in the office. It was extremely unprofessional. Throughout the 8 hour interview day, I didn't get asked ANYTHING about myself except what sport I played and where I was from. We talked about going out, drinking, sports and facts about the company. The only thing they asked me was what questions I have about the company. There are only so many questions you can ask about IT staffing. All of the employees talked about IT staffing like it was the most exciting thing in the world. I left feeling very uncomfortable and never heard anything back although they said they would be in touch within days. The weirdest interview I have ever been apart of.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Dallas, TX) in May 2023
Interview
I spoke over the phone a few times with a current employee recruiting me. I had to pay for a flight for an In-person interview day with other candidates but was reimbursed. Not much to it the 1 day besides conversing with the employees and lunch and happy hour.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Washington, DC) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very conversational and welcoming. I felt that most of my questions were answered to the best of their abilities. I was flown out for a final interview and well taken care of, I enjoyed my experience and getting to meet some of the team.
I was reached out by one of the employees looking for former student athletes to possibly look into working for them. Interview was quick and friendly, highly recommend the process even if you are only slightly interested.
