The employer took the time to get to know me. More trying to see if I was the right fit rather than what I knew about the technology industry. It was a great experience and was actually a fun time. I interviewed with AIM Group which is the hiring name for the company

Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
